Trottersville is a Rv & Mobile Home Park nestled in the heart of "Up North". Relax and unwind with beautiful views no matter if you are in a wooded lot or near the lake. The place where you start as friends and become family.
Seasonal Wooded Lots
There are 20 wooded seasonal lots in 3 rows. Season runs from April/May to September/October weather permitting. All seasonal lots are rent per season, additional for electric--billed seasonally.

Year Round Mobile Homes
There are 15 year round lots with some secluded while others are lake view. All year round homes are owned individually and you rent your lot. Yearly contracts required. Contact for availability.

Our Story...
Trotter's Resort was purchased by Ron & Alice Trotter in 1963 when they moved here from Iowa. They ran the resort with 7 cabins & a small store. Sometime later their son Denny added onto the resort making room for year-round mobile homes along with seasonal lots. As years past the resort changed to mostly year-round or seasonals due to storms taking out the old little cabins. There is one original remaining cabin still on property. In 2018 Chad and Stephanie purchased the resort from Denny to continue the tradition as third generation resort owners.
